Lead

Being the leader is actually a great thing.

Why?

I get to do the decisions.

Say where to go and what to do. I am the executive one.

The others put their trust in me.

But this also mean that they kind of depend on me.

It makes me the responsible one.

I like the challenge.

I like the fact that other trust me.

But sometimes I want someone to take my hand and say:

My dear, relax, I will take the lead, you don't need to worry.

And at first I might be stubborn.

But eventually I will let that someone take the lead.
